Welcome. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are entered into between you and VZ Renewal & Management LLC, a Washington limited liability company doing business as Home Pro Services (“Home Pro Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of our website at homeproscw.com (the “Site”), our customer portal, and any services we provide. By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Our Services

VZ Renewal & Management LLC, operating as Home Pro Services, is a licensed home services company based in Ellensburg, Washington, providing residential HVAC, heating, cooling, repairs, remediations, insulation, crawlspace inspections, and indoor air quality services. We serve Ellensburg, Yakima, Cle Elum, and Kittitas County, Washington.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any forms on the Site
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Site or its servers
• Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site without our prior written consent
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Home Pro Services, an employee, or another user

3. Service Requests and Scheduling

Submitting a service request or scheduling form through our Site does not constitute a binding contract for services. All service requests are subject to our review, availability, and confirmation. We will contact you to confirm scheduling, scope of work, and pricing before any work begins.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any service request at our discretion, including requests outside our service area or scope of licensure.

4. Pricing and Payment

All pricing provided through the Site, including membership plans and service estimates, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding quote. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing or verbally before work begins and may vary based on the actual scope, complexity, and conditions discovered during the service visit.

Payment terms, accepted methods, and any applicable warranties or guarantees will be communicated at the time of service.

5. SMS / Text Message Communications

By submitting your phone number through our “Schedule a Checkup” form on homeproscw.com and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Home Pro Services related to your service request. SMS consent is a separate and voluntary opt-in; it is not required to purchase any service from us, and your consent is not a condition of any service.

Types of messages you will receive:

• Appointment confirmations sent within minutes of form submission
• Technician dispatch notifications and ETA updates on the day of service
• A single optional post-service review request after job completion

Message frequency: Approximately 3 to 5 messages per service event. Message frequency varies depending on the nature of your service request.

Message and data rates may apply. Carrier message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you. We are not responsible for any charges that your wireless carrier may apply.

How to opt out: You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive, or by texting STOP to (509) 260-3524. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

How to get help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can contact us directly at (509) 653-5044 or hello@homeproscw.com.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No third-party sharing: We will not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number, mobile information, or SMS opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your information is used solely to communicate with you about your service request and our services. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Other phone collection points: Phone numbers collected through our membership signup or Hero Membership application forms are not enrolled in SMS. We do not text those numbers unless you separately submit our “Schedule a Checkup” form and check the SMS consent checkbox.

6. Customer Portal

If you create an account on our customer portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate portal access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine to be in violation of these Terms or harmful to our business.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, and software — is the property of Home Pro Services or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Washington state law, VZ Renewal & Management LLC (DBA Home Pro Services), its members, managers, owners, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VZ Renewal & Management LLC (DBA Home Pro Services), its members, managers, owners, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Service Area Disclaimer

Our services are available in Ellensburg, Yakima, Cle Elum, and Kittitas County, Washington. Service availability may vary by location, and we reserve the right to limit service to areas within our coverage at our discretion. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

12. Licensing and Insurance

Home Pro Services is licensed, bonded, and insured in the state of Washington. Our contractor license number is #HOMEPPS756R2, issued by the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries. You may verify our license at secure.lni.wa.gov/verify.

13. Referral Program

We may offer a referral program through our customer portal. Referral rewards, eligibility, and terms are subject to change at any time and will be communicated through the portal. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program without prior notice.

14. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Home Pro Services. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kittitas County, Washington, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
