3. Text Message (SMS) Communications

If you provide your phone number through our “Schedule a Checkup” form and check the SMS consent checkbox, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Home Pro Services about your service request. These messages include:

  • Appointment confirmations sent within minutes of form submission
  • Technician dispatch and ETA updates on the day of service
  • A single optional post-service review request after job completion

Message frequency: Approximately 3 to 5 messages per service event. Message frequency varies based on the nature and progress of your service request.

Message and data rates may apply. Carrier message and data rates may apply to messages you receive from us. We are not responsible for any charges your wireless carrier may apply.

Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive, or by texting STOP to (509) 260-3524. Reply “HELP” to any message for assistance, or contact us at (509) 653-5044.

No third-party sharing: We do not share, sell, or rent your phone number, mobile information, or SMS opt-in data to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your information is used solely to communicate with you about your service request and our services.

We obtain your explicit consent before sending text messages, in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Phone numbers collected through other forms: Phone numbers you provide through our membership signup or Hero Membership application forms are used solely to contact you about your membership, application, or scheduled service. We do not send SMS text messages to numbers collected through those forms unless you separately submit our “Schedule a Checkup” form and check the SMS consent checkbox.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with the following service providers who assist us in operating our business:

  • Twilio — for sending SMS/text message notifications
  • Resend — for sending email notifications
  • PostHog — for website analytics
  • Google Calendar — for scheduling and appointment management
  • Slack — for internal team notifications about new service requests
  • Turso — for secure database hosting

These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purposes of providing services to us and to maintain appropriate security measures.

We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
