Hello, my name is Andre, and this is my family. Home Pro Services was built from a simple idea: treat every customer the way I’d want my own family treated.
I began my career in aerospace before continuing into manufacturing, where I developed a passion for engineering, problem-solving, and precision craftsmanship. Wanting a more hands-on career where I could directly help people, I transitioned into HVAC and spent years working in homes throughout San Diego. Over time, I realized I wanted to build something of my own — a company my kids could be proud of and one built on honesty, quality workmanship, and genuine care for people.
When our family visited Central Washington, we fell in love with it — the open skies, slower pace of life, and strong sense of community where neighbors still look out for one another. So we made Ellensburg home.

How does your pricing work?
We use flat-rate pricing. Before any work begins, we'll give you a clear quote. You approve it, we do the work. No hidden fees, no after-the-fact surprises.
Is the diagnostic really free?
Yes — the standard heating & cooling diagnostic (a $111 value in our flat-rate book) is included free with every visit. A few specialty diagnostics, like refrigerant leak searches, involve hours of dedicated work — those get their own flat-rate quote, which you approve before we start, just like everything else.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold a Washington State General Contractor License (#HOMEPPS756R2) and carry full liability insurance. You're protected throughout every visit.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes — we do our best to offer same-day availability for urgent issues like emergency repairs, active mold concerns, or heating and cooling failures.
